  • At Woodsong, we believe that hosting an intimate wedding in our secluded Whidbey Island farm setting delivers the best of both worlds: the natural beauty and charm of the PNW countryside with the accessibility and logistical advantages of our proximity to the city.

    Guest allowance of up to 75 guests:

    Our standard wedding package is is designed for 30-75 guests. We can safely and sustainably accomodate up to 75 is still able to enjoy and preserve the atmosphere, and provides space for thoughtful design details (such as long harvest tables, open‑air ceremonies, or courtyard lawn games), and keeps logistics manageable, which contributes to a more personal and engaging guest experience and allows you to focus on being in the moment.

    Orchard Weddings: Choose to celebrate your love in our picturesque orchard, where gently rolling slopes create the natural amphitheater for your ceremony.

    • Ceremony under the Grand Maple Tree: This stunning tree, with its sprawling branches and vibrant foliage, creates a breathtaking focal point for your special moment.

    • Open rolling pastureland: Surrounded by towering fir trees our pasture offers a blank canvas. It’s a sacred space where the beauty of nature intertwines seamlessly with the promises of a lifelong journey together.

    • Choice of any of our beautifully appointed ceremony and reception areas.

    • Half-day, full-day, and two-day reservation options.

    • Bridal suite and groom’s lounge for pre-ceremony preparations

  • Designed to allow couples to spend meaningful time with their closest family and friends, the micro wedding offers an intimate and personal celebration. Couples have the flexibility to personalize every aspect of their ceremony and consider a greater variety of areas on the farm for their ceremony. Our Micro Wedding Package includes:

    • Guest allowance of up to 30 guests.

    • Choice of any of our beautifully appointed ceremony and reception areas.

    • Half-day, full-day, and two-day reservation options.

    • Bridal suite and groom’s lounge for pre-ceremony preparations

    • Day-Of Coordinator

    • Local Vendor List

  • Designed for couples who want an intimate, stress‑free wedding ceremony experience with minimal planning, our standard elopement package includes:

    • Guest allowance of up to 20 guests (including couple).

    • Choice of any of our beautifully appointed outdoor spaces to be designated as your ceremony site. Includes access to ceremony amenities (hexagonal arch or wooden arbor, ceremony chairs, sound system, etc.) as well as welcome site amenities (welcome table, rustic barrel-style cocktail tables, sun shades, toasting flutes, etc.).

    • Day-Of Coordinator

    • Bridal suite and groom’s lounge.

    • Typical reservation windows range from 3-6 hours.

    Expanded elopement package: Host a reception following your elopement ceremony and/or extend your stay at Woodsong! In addition to the standard elopement package, the expanded option includes:

    • Full reception amenities (including tables, chairs, linens, access to catering/food prep space, recreation areas and supplies, etc.)

    • Full-day and two-day reservation options. The two-day reservation allows up to 10 guests to spend a night on the farm in rustic PNW camping “glamping” accommodations. Glamping accommodations include access to two 8-10 person tents, tent campsites, car camping sites, access to a covered communal “camp kitchen”, which offers a stainless steel sink with running water, overhead and ambient lighting, power/outlets, and fridge/freezer space, along with access to eating and recreation areas including a fire pit for toasting and roasting s’mores.
